  they have not updated anyone on the status of their store. there is no answering machine for the phone, have not replied to anyone on there facebook page on when an opening is to happen. i tried to see if they would take care of the shipping charges for online ordering they said no and offered me 10% off unless it was already on sale(which is was).

  Brutal customer service depending on the person working. Young blonde girl gave wonderful service and went out of her way to help me and personally recommend a certain product. A month later I go in....

  They made sure I had everything I needed to dye my hair and even some tips and tricks to get better results with out breaking my bank account. Loved it!!! I will always get my hair products from Sallys.

  Once asked if I needed help. I was crouched down reading labels when the older brunette working there said "excuse me" and shimmied herself between me and the shelf to get past. Did not offer help when I actually needed it to find something.
