  Have stayed here for work many times over the years. Casino close if that’s your thing, it is my thing hehe. Soak in the pool or hot tub. Wife complained about wifi, I use my air card so don’t notice.

  The WiFi absolutely sucks. I stay here all the time when I'm in town for work. There is regularly no net connection. I don't mean slow. I mean no internet connection. Come on. It is 2017. If you need a connection to get work done or even just to entertain yourself if your stuck here then you better look somewhere else.

  My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly, providing wake up calls, transportation to the airport, and even little cookies and bottled water in the room. Though it's a bit of an older place, the great service makes for a wonderful stay.

  Nice and clean rooms. The water and cookie is a nice touch. Breakfast as well. Good location. The only thing really missing is a guest laundry.

  After some hiccups with the room we were in, the Hotel was nice enough to call us personally to apologize and compensate us for the issues we had to deal with. Great customer service, we all know things go wrong but reaching out to correct things and make people feel better is above and beyond. Nicely done

  This place is great value for the money. Not fancy by any means, but very clean, functional, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff would come up to talk a bit here and there in a very fun and cheerful manner, it brightened up my day. The main counter staff advised me really well on how to do an early checkout through the third party booking agency, even though I never asked for that help, and was unaware I could still get my money back (I had just assumed it was too late for an early checkout). The hotel could have easily pocketed my money, but thanks to that amazing staff member I got it back, which shows their honesty and commitment to great service. I will definitely stay here again if I come up this way in the near future.
