    Dropped of a necklace for repairs. i have measured the necklace before dropping it off. after receiving it back, i had a complete inch of necklace missing. My issue is still not resolved. people, stay away from this corrupt place.

    I was sold a pair of kids earrings and when I tried to return them was then informed that earrings are not returnable. Does not say this on the receipt nor was I told about this before I bought them. Was treated very rudely by the manager. Uninformed staff and bad customer service. Will never return!

    Great easy going experience. Lots to look at and no super pushing sales person following me around. Just seem to be there when i need them to be. Will be back for Christmas shopping. Thank you.
