  Went here for some prescription sun glasses. After finding a pair I went to the desk so they could get my prescription and so I could pay. They showed me where to sit for someone to help me. After waiting for 20 minutes I went back to the desk to see how much longer I would need to wait, Little confused why I waiting so long as there was at least 4 people working, 3 of them were just standing at the desk talking together, Finally I got help, got my glasses fitted. The lady put the wrong prescription in, thankfully the other lady cough the mistake and we had to start from the beginning... Get the glasses refitted, then put the correct prescription in. I had planned on ordering the glasses, then shopping the mall quick before making the long trip back home. Well, I had now wasted all my time in this glasses store.

  Now, 4 weeks later... They call me saying my glasses were finally ready for pick up. I had made it very clear with the lady that my glasses were to be shipped to my house, since I live so far away. Nope.. and they wouldn't shop them since I never paid for it while I was in the store.

  I called this afternoon, they got me in same day, ordered some glasses and contacts. They direct billed, and the ladies were extremely helpful, even though they were having some technical difficulties. They handled them really well. Would absolutely recommend to a friend.
