    The folks at THE HEADROOM cancelled my daughters hair and makeup on her GRADUATION day! I called to let them know the ceremony was running late and we'd be there ASAP. The lady I spoke to said she'd inform the hairdresser, and told us to get there as fast as we could. A while later another lady called and said we were too late and that they weren't going to take her. It was her GRADUATION! Its not a day that can be replaced or replicated!
