  I really do not want to bash this store but if it comes across that way, so be it i guess. I have gone here a few times hoping that from each visit they might have changed, but they haven't. I wish to help the owner/baker do better with my comment. The cake is so bland, tasteless and dense/dry. The icing is way too sugary...if you can feel the gritty sugar in icing then its too much. The other thing was that when i go and get cupcakes i get one of everything so that its not just the one flavor. Most of them I found to have an artificial flavor in usually the icing. I do not plan on recommending them to anyone or going there again unless I here that it has changed even a little. I believe to be in that type of business you have to take negative comments (like this) and create a positive action to it. Especially if you hear it more than once.

  I have had a pretty absurd experience at the shop. I wanted to purchase a dozen of cupcakes and packaged in two 6 packs of cupcakes because I wanted to give one half of it to my sister. It seemed like they were unable to comprehend that equation. They charged me for two separately packaged cupcakes which were $3 more expensive than purchasing a dozen cupcakes. I understand a 6 pack of cupcakes has its own price, but I thought I bought a dozen. Do not over charge a customer because you have to spend a dime on additional plastic container. Run your business properly because it sure shows that you are trying to squeeze more dollars out of your customers.

  I have never been a fan of cupcakes until I tried OMG! cupcakes!There are several varieties to choose from as well as cookies,long johns and other baking.There is even a combo to get a drink for only a dollar with a cupcake.There is not too much icing,and if there was I could remove it which I never have because it’s delicious.My favourite is the carrot cake cupcake followed closely by the coconut cupcake.I’ve always had pleasant,prompt and polite service.The cupcakes I’ve had tasted fresh,were not dry or dense and had even texture and ingredients throughout.I don’t mind paying a little extra for thoughtfully well made,freshly prepared foods made with quality ingredients.

  The cupcakes here are absolutely to die for, all the cupcakes and icing are made in house and you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose
