  I'm a busy mom of 4 young children, one that has mental issues, so let's just say things are crazy most of the time!! I screwed up my appotiment time (off my 2 hours) MY BAD! Sorry for that! She told me they would still see me I would just have to wait.. okay thank you!

  So I wait for 20 mins with kids just for the helper to come out and tell me that she won't see me and in order to re book I have to pay 40$$ first .. All I was there for was a refill on my antidepressant that she got me on!! They knew I was out of pills and she couldn't take 2 mins to write my prescription. I just dont understand, seeing as there was no one left in the waiting room and she was already sitting in her office (where she writes her prescriptions). Her lunch was more important I guess... Being a suicidle patient it's obvious she doesn't care about any of her patients..

  I have pretty crazy anxiety and I'd been on edge after reading a comment from my doctor on a referral to something I had to go to - I called the office and they caught my Dr. in between appointments and immediately alleviated my concern - it's so unbelievably nice when people take that initiative, I would have had a tough time if I was sitting on my concern until my next appt. I really appreciate it!
